Terms of use

These terms apply to using farmacloud.ro, run by Elasticcloud SRL, VAT ID RO46957066, Trade Register no. J2022006212124, based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. By using the site you accept them. The Romanian version is the binding one.

What the site is

The site presents FarmaCloud. Its information is general and is not a commercial offer. Features, their status and the pilot's terms are set in a written contract signed separately with each pharmacy.

How current it is

We try to show accurately what the software does today. The software changes often, so some pictures or descriptions may lag a few days behind. If something matters for your decision, ask us.

Intellectual property

The texts, pictures, name and logo of FarmaCloud belong to Elasticcloud SRL. You may quote or share them with a link to farmacloud.ro, but not alter them or present them as someone else's. The ANAF, CNAS, Government of Romania and OSMR logos belong to those institutions; we show them only to indicate which systems the software works with, without suggesting a partnership.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". We are not liable for decisions based on it alone, nor for temporary outages. Liability for the FarmaCloud software is set in the service contract.

Personal data

How we process data is explained in the Privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We first try to settle any disagreement amicably; otherwise the courts of Cluj-Napoca have jurisdiction.
