Privacy policy

This page explains what personal data we process when you visit farmacloud.ro or write to us. In short: the site uses no cookies and does not track visitors; we only process what you send us by email. The Romanian version is the binding one.

Who we are

The controller is Elasticcloud SRL, VAT ID RO46957066, Trade Register no. J2022006212124, based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Write to us any time atcontact@farmacloud.ro.

What we process and why

• The messages you send us. When you ask for a demo or write to us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us (your pharmacy, town, phone). We use them to reply and to prepare the demo. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• The campaign you came from. If you arrived from a campaign link, its name is added to the demo request email so we know which advert brought you. It stays only in your browser for the visit (sessionStorage) and reaches us only if you send the email.
• Technical data. Like any web server, ours receives your IP address and browser type to send you the page. We keep no access logs and do not use them to identify you.

What we don't do

• No cookies, analytics or advertising tools on this site.
• We don't sell or rent personal data.
• We make no automated decisions about you.

Who helps us

A few providers process data only on our behalf:

• Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany): the server hosting the site, in the European Union.
• Google Ireland Limited (Google Workspace): email. Google may transfer data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards GDPR provides (the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses).
• Cloudflare, Inc.: the domain name service (DNS) for farmacloud.ro.

How long we keep data

We keep messages while we talk with you and at most 24 months after the last one, unless we sign a contract. If we work together, the data falls under the FarmaCloud service contract and is kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask at any time for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, its portability, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write tocontact@farmacloud.ro; we reply within a month.

If you think we process your data wrongly, you can complain to Romania's data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).

Data in the FarmaCloud software

This policy covers only the presentation site. Data a pharmacy enters in FarmaCloud (sales, prescriptions, stock) is processed under the service contract and the data processing agreement with each pharmacy, where the pharmacy is the controller and we are the processor.

If we change this policy, we publish the new version here with its date.
